Launch an IOS session with InTune

1. Hi I connected successfuly our InTune to Teamviewer but when I try to start a remote assistance (after lannching "New remote assistance session") I get " Please wait until your partner joins the session" on my local (Windows) Teamviewer, the message stays forvever (till timeout). Nothing happens on the IOS device on which  I tried to install Teamviewer QS and Teamviewer Remote Control.
   I guess I missed one step during the setup but could not find details on how to make this work.
