Corporate License but bombarded with Ads.

We're paying for a corporate license but I find myself being pestered with Ads for other TeamViewer products every few minutes and it's interrupting my workflow.  The "Don't show this again" link doesn't dismiss the ad nor does it prevent it appearing again.  When the ad opos up it brings the TeamViewer window into focus, interrupting what I was doing.

The is very frustrating, how can I stop it?

  • Thanks for the reply, but that option is greyed out and I can't turn it off.

    @icoleman_uk Hmm... maybe it's a permission issue.

    Could you please open TeamViewer as an administrator and see if you can tick the box?
