My license is removed
I used TeamViewer software few years. In this summer I received bill for pay but Team Viewer can't accept payment (problem with Wirecard). I sent PayPal.
After this my license working, but some times I still receive new bill.
I opened ticket and support told me all is fine and problem are fixed.
Yesterday when I try open my server I receive message about blocked licence and I called to local support and told about my problem. Support say we fix your problem.
Today I open Team Viewer and my bussines license successfully removed.
Why you removed my license when I payed?
When you return my money?
