TeamViewer & QuickSupport - Mouse & Keyboard Not Working

I'm using TeamViewer on my Windows computer to connect to my Android tablet with the TeamViewer QuickSupport app installed.

I'm not able to use my keyboard or mouse once my computer is remote-accessing my tablet.

This has always worked before and just started happening within the last couple of weeks.

TeamViewer version - 15.2.2756

TeamViewer QuickSupport - 15.9.128 QS 

TeamViewer Universal Add-On  is installed on tablet.

Update: my mouse now works, but still not my keyboard. Have no idea why.
