TeamViewer & QuickSupport - Mouse & Keyboard Not Working
I'm using TeamViewer on my Windows computer to connect to my Android tablet with the TeamViewer QuickSupport app installed.
I'm not able to use my keyboard or mouse once my computer is remote-accessing my tablet.
This has always worked before and just started happening within the last couple of weeks.
TeamViewer version - 15.2.2756
TeamViewer QuickSupport - 15.9.128 QS
TeamViewer Universal Add-On is installed on tablet.
Update: my mouse now works, but still not my keyboard. Have no idea why.

Hi - no, that didn't resolve the issue.
I've just found that I have this issue with just one of my Android tablets (Samsung Galaxy Active Tab 2). I don't have the issue with the other Android tablet (Samsund Galaxy Tab A).

Unfortunately, currently we can only control Samsung devices that have Knox. Please see a list of Samsung devices and which ones have Knox here.
You can find more information in our KBA - Supported manufacturers for remotely controlling Android devices.
