going through Teamviewer, I am able to do everything I need to setting up my mothers new ipad, except I cannot actually open apps.....to configure mail, enter and save logins etc.
Is it possible to actually "open" apps on a remote device? apple provides no support when you mention third party software so thought I'd try here.
