Diversity at the workplace is slowly becoming a business necessity.

While many businesses still strive to attain this business goal, at TeamViewer Diversity has always prevailed and is one of our cornerstones also known as our Corporate Values also known as our Beliefs.

Amongst the six TeamViewer beliefs, diversity stands out as the most apt word which best describes the company. Diversity is the lifeblood of TeamViewer.

It is therefore not only one of our six beliefs, but also a practice we strive to employ. We have over 60 nationalities in our workforce. Simply put, diversity is the heart of TeamViewer and TeamViewer is diverse.

To us, diversity is embracing each and every person within the TeamViewer family, irrespective of our differences. Whether our differences be race, gender, sex, religion, personality, or opinions – in fact, the list is endless – we respect and celebrate each other every day.

We build an inclusive global environment that thrives on shared ideas and experiences, to the greater benefit of the organization.

At TeamViewer, diversity is not only one of our core values, but an important uniting factor.

Why A Diverse Company?

TeamViewer thrives in its diverse workforce; we belong to one of those companies which can truly boast of having diversity in their DNA.

Our extensively diverse league of employees at TeamViewer has helped us garner a solid reputation for the company. An aspect which resonates not only with prospective employees, but also with our diverse customers all over the world.

This has widened our reach to different markets beyond language and geographical barriers.

The global market outreach presents a huge opportunity for both users, customers, and employees.

Working at TeamViewer presents employees with a great podium to learn from a multi-lingual company, exposing them to different cultures and opinions. This encourages learning from colleagues and acquiring intercultural understanding for different cultures.

It is therefore no surprise that TeamViewer benefits from a high level of creativity because an environment where diverse opinions are upheld is the breeding ground for innovative ideas.

As individuals, I personally feel we develop animproved understanding of our customer base, that spreads across the globe. Professionally, we learn from our diverse colleagues from different parts of the world, gaining new perspective and innovative ideas.

Diversity Day At TeamViewer

We celebrated our diversity at TeamViewer on the 24th of May for the first time in all TeamViewer locations around the world.

This took place three days after the World Day for Cultural Diversity, Dialogue, and Development, celebrated globally on the 21st of May.

Giving that day the right tonality it deserves, the event was celebrated by colleagues bringing different food from their countries of origin, permitting employees within individual teams to take a culinary expedition through different countries:

The highlight of the day, was the visual representation of cultures – with everyone coming to work in traditional outfits representing their culture and areas of origin.

It presented employees with opportunities to talk about their heritage and taste each other’s traditional cultural dishes.

We want to remind you that our Community is a very diverse place and wewelcome members from all around the world to contribute, help, and support each other.
