[FINAL NOTICE] email, but can't pay because it says its already paid

So I'm getting spammed with emails saying "Overdue", "Final notice". When i go to https://service.teamviewer.com/en-no/payment and enter my email and invoice number its says it already paid.. So how do i pay? No one is responding to my tickets.
