License reactivation - overdue invoice
Hello,
I have repurchased a license on 2020-09-24 after my invoice has been overdue as of 2020-07-17.
I have been waiting for my license to be active but TV recognizes me still as a free user.
I can't find a way to contact the support team, and I am pending some job deployment.

Thank you for your post.
I have confirmed that we have sent an payment confirmation to the registered email address.
What I can see that you have not activated your license into the account because your account has created a company profile. Please see the article about the FAQ on Remote Access Plan. To be able to use your Remote Access license, it is required to delete the company profile first. For more information please read this article and follow the instruction in order to activate your license.
