Hello.

I have an S10 and a Oukitel K13. I have installed the HOST app on the 13 and normal app on S10. I log in on both and installed the relevant add on. When I go.to.control the 13 it clearly recognises the S10 but then states 'your partner did not confirm your query to view your screen'  and logs me out...

It worked last night... What settings have I inadvertently changed or what am I doing wrong?

A user had the same issue and could solve it this way:

Go to the Android Settings > Application > QuickSupport > Foreground view and tick Grant permission.
