Screen not displaying correctly when clicking on programs remotly the star button shows middle of the screen and clicking on programs does not corrispond to where the mouse cursor is

    My mother just got a new phone... is a samsung_SM-A215U_R9AN60RW5 -- it says that the device does not support remote management... when I connect to it, I can't click on anything, she has to do the clicking, while I point with a little hand icon, or tell her where to click on the phone - I hope that answers your situation.
