Cannot allow disk access mac

When i try and allow disk access, instead of saying no option specified like the other 2 options did before I allowed them, it states denied from the outset. Teamviewer doesn't even come up as an option when I click to open full disk access preferences. Any idea how to fix this? I've tried deleting and reinstalling teamviewer and also rebooting my mac. I've attached some images for reference

Have you tried to add it manually, like described here: How to grant access when you aren’t presented with the dialog
