why dont setting display custom and why dont mouse control with micro usb otg for remote control?

To developer teamviewer android, make a full screen display on my pc with a remote control, why can't the display be changed?

And please read mouse cursor when using the micro usb otg so my don't need to move the mouse control but it is automatically controlled using otg mouse

Please describe it like a rdp client application whose appearance can be custom and the mouse cursor is controlled using the OTG mouse
