Trusted Devices: troubleshooting
While trying to login from a different device, I get the message that I exceeded the number of allowed trusted devices. Currently the number of trusted devices of my profile is 3. I believe that the maximum allowed is 8. Even after deleting one device, the problem persists. What should I do?

There is no limitation on adding new devices to your Trusted Devices. You can follow the specific steps in this article.
If you have an active business license, you may come across an error message regarding Install Limit Reached because you can use TeamViewer on up to three (3) devices to connect to remote devices (connect from one device at a time). After activating the 3 devices of your choice, TeamViewer will allow 9 additional movements per year should you need to format or exchange a device. For more information regarding this, please check out our KBA: How to deactivate (remove) device from the Business license.
