    Your screenshot shows that your TeamViewer indicates a red light and requests to check your connection. There are a few things you can check as in this article.

    Firstly, I confrim that my internet connection works well.

    Secondly, I try to open all the TCP ports which are advised to.

    Thirdly, just yesterday afternoon I still could connect to another device. However, after an exit, whatever I did and whichever ID I input, It just showed me you can't connect to the company and It even did not have the screen for password.

    I suspected  if there had some problem with my ID.So I send an email to reset my ID for free and It informed me my ID has been reseted just now. But when I  login to check the ID, It did not change.

    Additionally, I have run the TeamViewer_checkout and it create a zip document.How can I submit it?

    I really need to figure out this problem in order to restart my work.
