Remote Control Issue with Galaxy Tab A 10.1 after Android Update

Hello!
I have installed recent software update (as of 2020-09-1) of Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (SM-T510) .

Before that update I was able to remote control the Tab from my PC or my smartphone. But after the Android updates, I cannot remote control any more.

I have installed too Universal Add-on, but it works same, and I cannot install Samsung Add on.

Please let me know how to solve this issues.

Unfortunately, this issue caused by Samsung Knox. We can only control Samsung devices that have Knox. Please see a list of Samsung devices and which ones have Knox here.
