Navigation keys not working
I'm using using Teamviewer app on a Pixel 4a with Android 11 to control another Android phone (V8), using QuickSupport.
In the controlling teamviewer app the icons for the navigation keys (home, back, last apps) are shown, but pressing has no effect.
And help or ideas welcome, thanks !!

I just spoke with our mobile team and this is, unfortunately, a known issue affecting some Samsung devices.
Samsung is already working on a fix. The fix will be released through a firmware update.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you an ETA when this release will come.Please make sure you update your device regularly: Check for a software update on your Samsung device

The phone I connect to is a Samsung A3 2017 (model number SM-A320FL), running Android 8.0.Stay safe and sane too !!

This is not only a problem with Samsung phones. I am having the same issue on a Motorola. this tells me it might not be about the phones.
