Connecting Teamviewer Quicksupport as administrator failed
I use Teamviewer 15.10.5 as administrator, my User the latest Teamviewer Quicksupport exe.
While i try to connect with password to the users, everything works fine.
When I try to connect with the credentials domain\administratorname the connection try the handshake and the Users Quicksupport.exe closed.
What shall I do?

Have the same problem, connecting to the standard QuickSupport downloaded directly from TeamViewer Download Page.
I always have trouble signing in as administrador, is there a better way to connect to my users computers or the default procedure is using quick support?
I don't want the trouble of installing the host version for all of the company hosts.0 -

version 15.11.6 do not change anything.
Admin connections will not established, Keyword connection work properly.

A small upate of the behavior. The clients are member of an Microsoft Active Directory Domain. The issue has the most impact, if i use the domain adminitrator credentials (Only 1 of 10 Trys to connecting) . When I use the credentials of the local client administrator, the connection will more often (not any time) established.

The issue is still present. The Quicksupport Client is shutting down to restart with Administrator-Rights. But it do not restarting.
Is there any solution for this issue?
