Purchased business licence but still on free licence

Hello

So I am trying to post this for the third time, if it allows me!

I have purchased a business licence but my id says that I am on a free licence.  I seem to be missing an activiation email but I can not seek direct help as I have a free licence but have had £190.80 taken from my account.  Any ideas would be most welcome?  or should I cancel the payment and go somewhere else?

    Trying to respond for a third time... Yeah it finally worked.

    I'm having the same problem, it is an absolute dissapointment the way teamviewer works. They badger me for paying, but they're unreachable, their account-management portal is full of bugs and errors, it just plain **bleep**.

    [removed per Community Guidelines] I'm done with this.

    HI again,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    After purchasing you should receive these 4 emails in the following order:

    1. Order Confirmation Email
    2. Customer Portal Activation ( TeamViewer Customer Portal )
    3. License Activation
    4. Invoice

    If you didn´t get the first 3 emails within a couple of hours, please check your SPAM folder and feel free to reach out to our Service team via telephone.

    Thank you, I did get the emails but they did not activate my licence and I remained on the free licence.  I have tried to call on the telephone but I am told that I do not have telephone support included in my package.  Perhaps the activate email can be sent again and I can start afresh?

    If you got the license activation email, you can still click on the link in it. Here is a manual how to activate your license: How to activate your Remote Access Plan

    Hmmm - that sounds like a message you get for the validation of your TeamViewer account.

    Can you confirm it was the link in the email for the license activation or ws it for the TeamViewer account validation?

  • It was for the team viewer account.  I have not received an email for licence activation, I have looked in my spam and I have not received this email.

    Your TeamViewer License Activation
