teamviewer freezes my iphone when I try to connect to my desktop
Teamviewer works fine when I try to connect to my laptop with my iphone. It also works fine when I try to connect to my desktop with my laptop. I have already tried reinstalling teamviewer. I have also tried removing the desktop from list of my computers and reinstalling it.

Have you checked if the OS version of your iPhone is compatible with TeamViewer?

I recently am experiencing the same challenge. I have the biometric settings in the app enabled and it seems to freeze the phone when trying to use the camera for authenticating. The challenge is that I cannot get into the application to remove that option. This just started occurring within the last month as I accessed with no issues about 3-4 weeks ago.
