PC blocked
Hi, a technician managed today at noon my pc with Teamviewer by its pc, then he remained connected to it and put off his pc without disconnecting. Then, my pc is blocked, I can't neither enter my password to switch to the desktop or use it anyhow.
Since the last password is out of time, neither the technician can manage it by remote.

Could you follow that the technician was doing? Did he change something on your PC?
If you are connected remotely to a PC via TeamViewer and you turn off your PC, the connection stops. This means, no one is connected via TeamViewer to your PC.
You have tried to restart your computer with the "power button"?
I recommend you to recontact the technician that provided the IT support, as this seems to be an IT issue and not a TeamViewer related issue.
