account appears to be blocked for non-payment

hi, for the umpteenth time this morning the software does not work as it is blocked due to non-payment. given that the subscription was made in March 2020, it is not the first time that it is blocked and that we have to contact the customer service that in Italy Sunday is not active

if you don't know how to make your program work, repay me for the remaining months because I can't and I don't have to justify myself with my boss because I can't work because of you

I want my money back

    After looking into your record, I could see two Remote Access licenses purchased on the same day. Maybe something got wrong in the order process.

    To clarify your situation, please contact our customer support directly. Unfortunately, we do not handle licensing issues here.
