Uninstallation of TeamViewer Quicksupport automatically

Hi i installed TeamViewer Quicksupport yesterday and after i restarted windows 10 , i found that all files of teamviewer quicksupport were deleted automatically . Can you tell me why they were deleted

Please see the below information about TeamViewer QuickSupport:

QuickSupport does not make outgoing connections.
It doesn't install.
If you downloaded the "Setup" file, and then ran it as "Run Only" pinning it to the start bar isn't really going to do much as it won't open it the second time.

I could assume that you chose Run Only. If my understanding is correct, this is expected behavior, and files were not deleted.

Please make sure to download the setup file and install it properly if you want to be able to pin it to your start bar.
Unfortunately, using the setup file and just running it without install will not allow you to pin it to the start bar.

It is not possible to install QuickSupport sorry.
Our QuickSupport module is a single .exe file that is designed to be run quickly from a single downloaded package without the need for the install.

So QuickSupport will not give you an install option and will only store some information temporarily under %appdata% (In Windows)

Could you advise what files you believe are missing?

@Yuri_T @I downloaded setup and opened it , when it opened , I pinned it to taskbar and remotely connected pc to Mobile then I closed it and restarted the pc and after It restarted I tap on pinned icon in taskbar nd it says the file TeamViewer.exe is missing now .
