I have not received the activation amd invoice emails
I used the free license to help an 83-year old friend with her PC. One day her grandson used her PC, and since then we are preceived to do commercial work. I submitted a "declaration of private use". As I never heard back from you about my "declaration of private use"; out of DESPARATION I bought a Can $696.00 license (sic!!!) so that I could help my friend.
HOWEVER, I received only the emails: order conformation, consumer portal setup (not needed as I have already an account), and two device authorizations which I followed.
I NEVER received the "invoice" and "activation" emails. And no, they are not in my SPAM folder.
When I start Teamviewer on my PC it still shows that I am using the free license.
PLEASE can someone arrange to at least resend the activate email.
