Can't assign a default assignee - QuickSupport
I cannot select any other user for the quick support other than myself.
Why don't I see the users?
All of them are enabled for the Service Case Management.

This is the expected behaviour of our system.
If you want all your users to get notified when a customer opens the customized module you have created, this is what I recommend you to set up:
You need to assign the module to a group and then put the module on Unassigned:
Then, share the group with all the users you want to share it with and set as Permission Full control.All the service cases that will be created from this module will appear in this specific group you have assigned it to, and all the users will be able to see the service popping up.I hope this could help. ?
