Invoice paid, account still free, can't upload payment confirmation
Hi
We paid the invoice but system says invoice is still not paid. When try to upload payment confirmation it get to 5% and stops (small 50 kb pdf). When I press confirmation button it says that confirmation was send but it still sits at 5% and system still says its not paid a week later.

We can confirm that the amount was booked. Can you please try to use your licensed account again?

Can you please check if your license is working again? Sometimes our system needs a while to book the amount.

Its really hard to tell if its free now or not. In login.teamviewer.com it says its active for a period of 12 months but in account detailas it still says its free access. Also it says the invoice is unpaid and is not allowing me to upload payment confirmation here:
