So I've got a CAT S42 mobile, with the Host app installed.
The issue I'm coming across is that I'm unable to remotely control the device.
Is this a limitation of the CAT phones, or just this device? If so, what can I do about it?

The Universal Add-on doesn;t allow remote control either.
There is a pop-up that says when opening TeamViewer on the device: This device supports our remote control feature. In order to use this feature, please download our free add-on.
When selcting "Install" you get the error "there was a problem parsing the package"
