Unable to hear sound from remote computer

I've got TV 15.11.6 on my work and home PC - both are Win 10.

Work PC is Windows 10 Enterprise 2004 (OS Build 19041.630)

Home PC is Window 10 Home Version  20H2 (OS Build 19042.630)

When I connect from my work PC to my home PC, I cannot hear the audio from my home PC.

This worked until I had to do a Windows reinstall

    It could be the case that after your OS reinstall, some system drivers were not updated/installed.

    I'd recommend you to check if the audio drivers of your device are installed and up-to-date.

  • Since I'm working from home since the pandemic, the "remote computer" isn't really remote, just in a different room.

    The sound plays normally through the laptop speakers and, if I plug in a USB headset, the sound plays there also.
