My Computer Is Always Off Line

Recently, Teamviewer on this computer always says it is OFF Line. This may??? have happened after a Windows 10 version 1909 maintenance update.
I can connect with other computers on my LAN, but they cannot with this computer, saying OFF LINE.
I have uninstalled Teamviewer, reboot, reinstall with no success.
I have disabled all antivirus software.
This PC is seen by LAN shares
Help would be greatly appreciated!
