Unable to connect reason unknown

I know this issue has been reported earlier, and I have searched other posts, but that still didn't solve my problem.

I am using the free version and recently reinstalled partner pc, and after reinstalling, I am getting the error. I have tried all options but still can't connect. On the same network, I can connect to other devices but not this pc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.




  • I am having same problem. Checked and we are both connected to internet and teamviewer on.
