Hello, I have a due invoice that was now paid, but my account is still showing as Free. How can I have this reenabled?
I am having the same issues. payment has been sent to the Teamviewer as I have had conformation of payment? I am having the same issues and cannot use the features I have paid for

Your license will be automatically unblocked once your payment will reach TeamViewer's bank account.
