Chrome and dual monitors

One of my employees is using a Chromebook and is unable to get a second tab and the option to "Move to new window".  Her ribbon has less options than my mine when using Windows.  Is this a limatation of Chrome and/or TeamViewer, or is there something that she has set wrong?
