Remote laptop shows only ID and no password

Hi there,

I just wanted to start a spontaneous remote control session but my counterpart did not have a random password. Only the ID was visible. I was therefor not able to start the remote session.

How can my counterpart obtain the Password or ensure it is visible? Thanks for your help.
