"free" personal license convert to business license

Hello,

I have a "free personal" license account for team viewer with my business email. My company just purchased a business license for teamviewer and tried adding my email as a user, however it says that I already have an account.

How can I get my email account converted from free to the business license?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

With a TeamViewer business license, you can use TeamViewer on up to three (3) devices to connect to remote devices (connect from one device at a time). So you need to add you device under the licensed account. Please check out our article regarding this topic
