Cant find link to cancel auto renew of license

Hi

TeamViewer have just charged me for another year without my consent pointing to that they have sent me a mail about it. I have had long discussion with your customer support that refuse to cancel despite i contacted them on the day of renewal. I did not get any mail. I could not find a link to cancel auto renew.

So after you so "unprofessionally" trapped in into another year payment, please advice me on how i should proceed to cancel auto renew. I read somewhere in this forum that it can not be done so long time before but that does sound like another way to trap us to forget saying that you will send a mail to remind, that I did not get. What do I do?
