For this, please contact our Service team via ticket. You´ll find the link to it in the top menu under Service --> Contact --> Submit a ticket. Please keep in mind you need a license activated on your account. Otherwise, it will bounce you back to the community.

Made a double payment on our account and would like to request a refund for the over payment. I made the double payment on june 11th 2021. once 694.80 and once 648.90. Please make a refund
