How to restore effectiveness to my mouse in the remote PC

Clicking on anything in the remote's desktop causes the mouse pointer to 'radiate', but NOT produce the DESIRED effect.

    It turned out that the problem was solved by the remote PC allowing remote control.

    Hello @jphilippa,

    I recommend you to try again after disabling the hardware acceleration.

    To disable hardware acceleration, please go to:

    Extras → Options → Advanced and More:
