Hi @sunny1980,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.
Could you please check if your version is 15.12.4? We are asking our free users as well as the users trialling the software with older versions of TeamViewer to update to the latest version of TeamViewer in order to continue using the software. Some hardware is not compatible with the latest TeamViewer version, you can check here:
If your hardware does not allow an update to the latest version, currently you cannot benefit from the free version.
Paying customers are encouraged to update to the latest version but can remain using their purchased version along the lines of the product lifecycle policy. You can find more information regarding this topic here:

I have as XP computer that I use as a PVR. The only thing I use TeamViewer for, is to remotely connect to the PVR software on the XP computer in order to schedule recordings. This has worked perfectly for years until recently. Now when I try to connect to the XP computer, I get an error message about the XP computer using an old version of the program and it won't connect. The XP computer is using Version 14, and I have version 15 on my Windows 10 computers. I tired using Version 14 on my Win 10 computer hoping the match would make it work, but it doesn't.
How can I get my remote access back to the XP computer?
