Unable to Activate TeamViewer License

We purchased teamviewer license in feb 2019 and now when we are trying to activate the license, it says license is already activated.

Calling to support number 8000180883 for enquiring when it was activated and on which account, did not get any answer from them. they told to ask your supplier , supplier says open a ticket and we cannot open a ticket unless we have an account with subscription.

Support is very bad and still we don't know how to activate.

Please someone can help us in activating our license.

If you have you have purchase your license via TeamViewer:

If you have purchased your license though a reseller, you will need to contact him, as he has access to your customer data.
