Lost folder during transfer

Hi!

It seems that during a transfer I lost a folder. I can see the folder and all of the documents in place, but there is no data inside. I did the remote transfer in "drug and drop" mode. (Controlled from a PC to a MAC - in case that this info is useful)

This happened a few days ago (4 Dec) but both of the terminals are open since.

Can I do something to change that?

Hello @tammytsekou,

Currently, there is no possibility to "retrieve" data through the file transfer.

If the transfer showed an error, maybe this article might help:
