I literally just paid for 12 months in October in one go. Teamviewer has been working ok since (although crashes a lot of Macbook). Now I cannot connect to anything because it says connections are blocked due to overdue invoice. How can it be overdue when I ordered and paid the whole amount like a month ago?

There is no way to create a support ticket either, I have to ask the community. This is not a very good way to support your commercial customers!
