Unable to add memory, cpu or load sensor on RPI edge device

Hi.

I am trying to get the basics up and running, but i am failing :)

Can anyone tell me what i`m doing wrong or is missing?

This warning appears on the top when i try to add sensor:

"Sensor management from cloud is not available for this device due to some configuration issue with TV IoT Agent. Please try Agent restart. If the problem persist, contact TeamViewer Support Team."

Running the status command in command console i get this:

Anyone have any idea?

    I am running a RPI 4, 4 GB version with the latest Raspbian OS available.

    I will try the suggested image by teamviewer in stead...

    Solved by using the image teamviewer links to. Do not know if it was that or something else that fixed it.
