Allow corporate users access to only certain computers?

Hi,
I have about 4 users that will need to access a computer on my corporate account. The thing is, they'll all need access to different computers - with only 2 computers that overlap. How can I give access like this:
UserA Access to ComputerA and ComputerD
UserB access to ComputerB and ComputerD
UserC access to ComputerC and ComputerD
I would prefer to do these configs from an admin center without logging into each of the computers and i'm currently managing those computers.
