My account has been tagged as commercial and our church is a non-profit organization an use the product for personal use only
When I log in it states that I have a free personal version use which I have had for over two years. How do I get this fixed

For your use case, in your church organization, a license would be required. Non-profit organizations do require a license.
This is why it is flagged as commercial.
