Idea: a company that holds up its commitments

Here's an idea: Temviewer GMBH should hold up its past commitments and not unilatterally cancel lifetime subsciptions of paying customers, trying to get them to switch to monthly subscriptions.

It would undoubtedly not destroy the company's carefully built-up reputation in a flash.

It would also not make people question the company's "beliefs" of "Customer first" and "Trust" as stated on https://www.teamviewer.com/en/company/, nor the self proclaimed policy and practice of "Continuous training to ensure compliance with applicable laws, ...to emphasize the importance of acting with integrity" on the same page.

Just an idea...

there is no transition, you just illegally cancel a paid license.

    No support whatsoever.

As they say: Trust arrives on foot but leaves on horseback.

    We're all being deceived ...

When acquired, it was written and explained to everyone that the license was PERPETUA (VITALICIA).

If the court condemns someone to life in prison, will the teamviewer interpret that person as being only 10 years in prison?

What is it, my people ... does anyone do anything?

After they grow up, do you want to take a kick that helped them get up?

And that message from teamViewer "PLAY CLEAN" for which server, would they be hypocrites?
