Cannot sent any messages

Whenever I try to sent a conversation message to anyone through Teamviewer, I get a message saying it is impossible and I should try to create a ticket for an answer... Please, fix this in order to be able to sent messages to others as I used to, in older versions...

Please post anonymized screenshot of this problem.

Also give some details about your system and TV Version you are using on Local and Remote machine.
