License Expired

Hi.

Our Company have had an license for a very long time and for about a year ago i updated the license for free so we could use version 9.

But now (since 2021-01-01) the license seems like its expired. See attached screenshot.

What do i need to do to get it up and running as soon as possible?

    Same with our licence. I can't connect with our customers and on first working day of the year many need assistance...

    I've already opened support ticket.

    Yes it's not the very best start of the comeback to work.

    I have a PREMIUM license - for an unlimited period. Why has it stopped working !!!

    Support.teamviewer.com also not working. Keeps taking me to community page.

    Hi All,

    Thank you for your post.

    With regards to the server service on version 9, I assume that you are originally a version 5 customer who got the free version 9 license previously. (If you would like to make sure about your contract, please feel free to reach out to customer support.)

    For TeamViewer 5 licenses, as per the agreement, the 10-year period would have expired on December 31, 2020, but we decided to prolong it to June 1, 2021. For more information, please check this announcement.
