Hello, I'm looking to recover my credentials, I have a license but I lost username and password. I do have a receipt of payment, but I cant open a ticket without the correct credentials. Many thanks

If you use just one email address in your daily business it might be possible that this is the email address of your TeamViewer account.
Please try and reset your password on our password reset page.
📌 Small hint: You just managed to sign in to the community with a TeamViewer account. Please try and check if it's the same account that the license is connected to by signing in to your TeamViewer application 😉
