When I first tried this app to see if it would work, I installed on a laptop and my phone, folliwed instructions and my phone screen came up on my laptop. So, I thought it worked and would be a good app to use, as my goal is to use my phone data to acces the internet when wifi in not available, and view on my laptop for ease of viewing.
However, I just tried it again on a different laptop and this time the computer and phone would not connect. Why would this be? I tried connecting from the lsptop to the phone andfrom the phone to the laptop, via open teamviewer app. I trued sending email and opening, clicking on link, but still they did not connect.
Any suggestions, or should I just get a different app?
