Chromebook. Connected, see screen but can't control

I have connected to my friends chromebook at last. I can see his battery and cpu usage. Even the screen but can't work out how to control his mouse. I am at this screen. Help please

Through the TeamViewer QuickSupport and Host apps, it is possible to see the remote Chromebook screen and use pointers to help the user in front of the Chromebook. Full remote control of Chromebooks is not possible currently. For more information, please refer to
