3 person can not be heard no audio

when me and my friend connect and i remote his comp and record things are fine when a 3rd guy connects he can not hear me and the recording has no audio .... tried everything but to no avail it must be something very simple but can not find it ..... please please help team viewer has been excellent but have never recorded with more than one person
